- 1 cup of flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cc granulated sugar or demerara
- 1 cc of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cc of salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, and a little more for the skillet
In a bowl, whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Take folded kitchen paper and soak it in melted butter and put it in the pan.
Place 1/3 of the mixture, in a ladle; form a spiral for the dough to be thin with a single layer.
When you notice that the sides of the crepe are cooked (1 minute) use a spatula to turn the crepe.
Place the crepes on top of each other until the dough runs out.
Serve with Nutella and the sliced banana.
