Spaghetti Alfredo
Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a.n. Black pepper
- a.n. Nutmeg
Instructions

Put boiling water in a pan. When the water is ready, add the spaghetti and cook for about 8 minutes.

Reserve 1/4 of the cooking water.

In another pan, melt the butter, add the cream, the cooking water, and the parmesan cheese.

Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Top with some chopped parsley, optional.
