Passion fruit panna cotta

A fragrant panna cotta for your soul!

Ingredients

  • 6 passion fruits, pulp
  • 7 g of gelatin, unflavored
  • 60 ml of cold water
  • 360 ml of canned coconut milk, well shaken
  • 240 ml of heavy cream
  • 135 g of granulated sugar

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. As the mixture is simmering, prepare the gelatin with water and passionfruit pulp. Set aside.

When the milk mixture is ready remove from the heat and stir in the gelatin mixture.

Pour into 6 heat-proof ramekins or glasses.

Place in the fridge and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Decorate with mint leaves or coconut flakes.
