This gratin is just mouthwatering! You can eat this side dish with meat, poultry… or whatever you like!

Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes in with skin
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 g of butter
- 150 g grated Emmental cheese
- Nutmeg
- 500 ml milk
- 250 ml of thick cream (+ 35% fat)
- Salt and black pepper

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Peel the garlic cloves.

Rub a platter with the garlic clove, grease the platter with butter.

Arrange the potato slices with cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Repeat for layers.

In a saucepan, boil the milk with the cream. Add a little salt. Pour this mixture over the potatoes, sprinkle with pieces of butter.

Put in the oven for about 50 minutes.
